Referrals
Here are some recent Google searches that brought hits to my Xanga site.
Goony Goo Goo eddie Murphy
Gore predictions
complete life history of Wook Kundor
“glasses when” OR “glasses since” site:xanga.com
a litre of tears lyrics
“even when all hope is gone, move along”
Fujimaki Ryota
(I have no idea what this means or what language it’s in)
Speaking of referrals, Xanga recently introduced “Footprints,” which helps Xangan’s to keep track of who is visiting their site. I was a little disappointed by my numbers, so I’ve been thinking of becoming anorexic in order to get on Xanga’s featured content. Ok, bad joke, I know. Plus I don’t think I could give up Chipotle simply for more footprints.
What do you think of the new “Footprints” feature?
And here’s a quiz for you all…

If you want to be featured, just let me know…I’ll call out the troops. : wink :
Yeah, there are too many “ana” sites on here, and too many in FC. It’s mind boggling, and more than a little scary.
I seem to get a lot of visitors from everywhere that you could think of, including someone from Egypt way too much. : huh :
Footprints:
Pros: seeing who is on my site.
Cons: having someone from california try to check my site each day numerous times per day, but i don’t know who it is.
not being able to anonymously check people’s site.
The only google hit I’ve gotten is when someone from… Taiwan, I believe, searched “beautiful quote.”
Oh, and here you go:

i like your xanga, and your mad spelling skills (referrals).
thanks for being patient and teaching me how to play that game tonight. looking forward to lunch/coffee/ice cream or whatever we’re doing friday.
Maybe you’d be better off without Chipolte. Man, I think my stomach is still hurting from that experience. I really think that next time we need to hit up Qdoba.. much better for us “weak” folk.
“Footprints” irritate me because I see many hits from Sudan … Hong Kong … wha? Who are these people? What are they looking for?
So Pete, you’re coming to Impact tomorrow night with Zach and Kevin?! Awesome!
Hey! I noticed that you came to my Xanga, so I though I’d drop by and say hi. ^^
How do these footprints work? I wanna know who’s visiting my site! All 2 of them…
I’ve yet to give you a compelling reason to flag me. Ha!
Oh, you should see the referrals that bring people to Xinergy…
Footprints eh? Eh, many of us already had the “my stalkers” hidden module, which is cool because I can see how they found my site and trace patterns of visits etc. I don’t know how this footprints thing works though, maybe it is that advanced?…

lol, no way man. I have more 80s pop and punk on my mp3 player than I know what to do with, just not necessarily the ones they listed. And though I don’t like country as much, I know for a fact it’s influenced my taste in other stuff.
hehehe, sorry about the above mess. somewhere in there, if you really persevere, you can find the scores of my musical influence test, hahahaha!
Footprints make me fearful of going to other ppl’s sites….i surf xanga a lot less now!
many thoughts. chipotle is mmm good. except, i ate it a couple days ago, and noticed that the tomato chunks in the pico de gallo had the tomato stems and green leafy things still on them, and my little rice bowl had at least three little tomato chunks with the stem thing and green stuff attached. needless to say, i thought it was a little gross. not sure if this is common chipotle practice or not.
oh, and footprints, you should be glad. i have hundreds of footprints. and no comments. i hate it when people visit and don’t comment…and i don’t know who they are.
and your google searches are a lot better than mine. mine all seem to have some sort of sexual reference in them.
“Even when all hope is gone, move along” is from The All-American Rejects song, right? I love that song, one of my current favorites. Depressing, but good. If you haven’t seen the video, it’s worth checking out.
