Photoblog
In the past few days, Xanga has gotten rid of the links ”events” and “reviews” and replaced them with “photos” and “profile.” I think this was a great idea, since nobody I know actually used events and reviews.
To add pictures onto your photos page, just upload them as usual and check the box that says “include in photoblog.” To add pictures you have already uploaded, just click on the picture and check the same box. Feel free to comment my pictures and I’ll try to return the favor.

i agree with that replacement. it sounds much better. although..i never spent enough time on it all to use anything xanga offers. i suppose i do other things with my life. cool quote.

I will keep that in mind when I put up a photoblog.
I was using events for “thought/word/tip of the day” and I just wrote a review for bridges of madison county the day before the links changed….oh well

Nobody used them?! NOBODY USED THEM?! I was livid when I found out, because I had 7 or 8 reviews that I put a lot of time into and they were up and gone. Someone was going to read my latest one and they couldn’t find the link. LUCKILY, the reviews are still accessible through “My Account Info,” but BOY was I mad… It true though, nobody did use them. I guess I’m a dork, haha.
yea i didnt really use the reviews, but i did add some quotes i liked, movies, bible passages, when i first joined xanga.

RYC: I am imagining a lava lamp full of this stuff. Better in the lamp than everywhere else.
I have a friend who really likes Henry Nouwen, though I’ve never read any of his stuff. I think I may pick up something by him, any recommendations?
